Profenofos [0-4-bromo-2-chlorophenyl -0-ethyl S-propyi phosphorothioate] is a broad spectrum organophosphate insecticide and acaricide. Dr. Arun Kumar has done his Ph.D in Zoology in 2008 from Patna University, Patna, Bihar, India and is presently working at Mahavir Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Patna, Bihar, India as Scientist. He has been awarded with Prof. G.P.Talwar Gold medal in 2007 and many other awards in his academic career and has published several research papers.
