A descriptive study was carried out from 2nd November 2014 to 22nd March 2015. The study aims to assess the psycho-social problems of infertile couples in AL - Hilla city, Babylon Governorate - Iraq. A purposive (non-probability) sample of (50) infertile couple ((50) infertile wives and the other (50) infertile husbands) have been selected from the center of infertility in Babylon Governorate. The questionnaire includes two parts: the first for assessing demographic characteristics of sample; and two domains psychological problems and social problems which include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and social problems. A questionnaire was adopted and developed according to the Taylor scale for anxiety, the Beck scale for depression, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), and a questionnaire of social problems has been constructed.
