The architectural documentation of the city's architecture is being neglected. The task is to study of contemporary public buildings in Peshawar and analyze and document. Public Architecture identifies and solves practical problems of human interaction in the built environment and acts as a catalyst for public discourse. This research will study the public buildings, which are built after independence with the reference to art and design, form, and ideology and also this research will investigate the approach adopted during the design of these buildings, composition of climatic influences, cultural actors, and many other factors shaping up buildings.

Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad verfügt über 16 Jahre Berufserfahrung und ein anhaltendes Interesse an einer Vielzahl von Bereichen, um Forschung und akademische Unternehmungen zu fördern. Derzeit ist er an der Universität Sargodha tätig und war außerdem als außerordentlicher Professor und Abteilungsleiter für Managementwissenschaften an der Bahria-Universität tätig; außerordentlicher Professor an der IBM-UET, Lahore; Abteilungsleiter am NICON und Dozent an der SAF.
