Aged just 16, Paul¿Baker joined the British Army. He had a fulfilling career that led him all over the world -¿to places like Belize and the Falkland Islands - before he left to find his true vocation. He has over 30 years' experience working in the¿leisure¿industry - starting¿in the fitness sector and then moving into managing and designing¿sporting¿facilities - and now he is the author of¿Finding Fame,¿ämemoir identifying¿the traits¿and challenges that shaped his life. ¿ Paul's¿martial arts background and army training¿taught him¿the importance of discipline and resilience, qualities he continues to use¿in¿all¿other areas of his life.
