Ahmed El-Naggar est un chercheur et un praticien des projets de développement culturel. C'est un ingénieur avec une vision de conservateur et des yeux d'artiste. Il interprète la culture par le biais de conceptions plutôt que par une interprétation littérale. Ahmed est titulaire d'une licence en génie civil de la faculté d'ingénierie de Shubra et d'une maîtrise en sciences de l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
