This work is intended for an audience that believes it is important to increase the value of opinion research in the public transportation system to improve the quality of the service provided.

Dr. Eloisa Maieski Antunes ist Geografin, hat einen Master in Stadtplanung und einen Doktortitel in Geografie von der UFPR-Bundesuniversität von Paraná. Sie arbeitete als Gastforscherin an der Université Paris 1 und ist derzeit an der UTFPR - Technische Universität Paraná - tätig. Sie verfügt über Erfahrung und Veröffentlichungen im Bereich Wirtschafts- und Stadtgeographie.
