JOHN BENINGTON is Emeritus Professor of Governance and Public Management, Warwick Business School, UK; formerly the Founding Director of the Local Government Centre and then of the Institute of Governance and Public Management (IGPM), Warwick Business School. MARK H. MOORE is the Hauser Professor of Nonprofit Organizations at the Kennedy School of Government, USA. He is also a Visiting Professor in the Social Enterprise Program at the Harvard Business School, Harvard University, USA.
