A little lie never hurts anyone so long as no one knows about it. At least, that is what Pumpkin believes. But one afternoon, Pumpkin notices the lovely little nest, high up in a tall tree on the edge of the forest. "Now Pumpkin, don't climb that tree..." is what grandma just said. Pumkin puts a paw on the tree trunk, she must know what's inside that lovely nest. Right away the curious kitten forgets every word grandma told her. Pumpkin is about to discover that lies and disobedience carries a large bundle of trouble!

Autorenporträt
Ashley Robin Williams was born and raised in The Bahamas on the island of Andros. Puppy Looks for a Friend is Ashley's first children's book. Ashley is a teacher's aide at the primary school. While observing her third-grade students one afternoon, Ashley felt inspired to write books for children. That very day she wrote the first draft of this book. When she's not inside drawing, one will find Ashley on her farm; barefooted and looking after her fruit trees. Ashley believes in enjoying the simple things in life. That is eating mangoes and chilling with her cat, Marshmallow.
