Autorenporträt
Dr Ahmed Handy, the son of two Iraqi doctors, was born and raised in East Anglia. After graduating from medical school, fierce competition for training places forced him to re-locate to the Midlands, where he began his training as a junior doctor. Five years later, he qualified as a General Practitioner, and he currently works as a GP and part-time medical educator in the East Midlands. Since a young age he has hugely enjoyed writing, with Quacks being his first book.
