This paper refers to the qualitative deficit of low-income housing in Belo Horizonte. It proposes a study of a methodology within the framework that has been proposed in recent years, including by agencies such as the Belo Horizonte Urban Development and Housing Company (URBEL), to improve the quality of the existing housing stock.
