The Cosmos Fractal Curve is the foundation of the Cosmos. This book extends the fractal concept to a quantum fractal curve. It makes the Cosmos - Quantum as well as fractal. The book describes the construction of a quantum fractal curve and applies it to create the Quantum Cosmos Fractal Curve. This probabilistic curve is then extended to include the dimension arrays of Cosmos spaces and their associated space-times. The result is a flattened double helix similar to the DNA of life. One result of this development is a view of the Dark sector of the universe. Our universe may be a quantum superposition of a universe with no Dark sector and another universe with a Dark sector. We do not see the Dark sector except through gravitation. All interactions between the superposed universes are suppressed. The result is what we see presently. Only gravitational effects. The book presents a model of a quantum fractal curve and shows how to calculate its probabilities. Interestingly, the probability of the Cosmos spaces (that were previously found) is a comfortable 72.36% - good odds. The genesis of the Master Equation is considered. And the quantum creation of universes from a quantum Cosmos space state is developed to the point where a tangible universes result through an inverse Z-order Lebesgue transformation. The further creation of a particle within the created universe is described in detail. The question of the interior of elementary particles is considered. A Scaling Planckian distribution is defined that is applied to deep inelastic electron-proton scattering. An excellent match is found. This match leads to the view that a fundamental particle is composed of 844242 Gambol Fermions that undergo internal interactions that yield a fractal dynamics. An analogy to the shoreline of the ocean is made where the fractal nature of the shoreline is generated by the combined dynamics of the water waves. The author shows that the entire Cosmos from spaces to particles is fractal and now quantum.
