Tracy Holmes is a devoted mother of three, residing in the picturesque setting of Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Since embarking on her work life at the age of 15, Tracy has developed a passion for food retail, climbing the ranks within a prestigious food establishment before co-founding her own catering business with her husband, Andrew, in 2013. Though career-driven and fiercely independent, Tracy's life took an unexpected turn with the birth of her twins in 2021. Born prematurely, one of her twins required extensive medical care, spending his first year in hospital. The postnatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome and the subsequent challenges prompted Tracy to reassess her priorities and values.Now, in 2024, Tracy and her family enjoy a contented life in Greystones.
