O Dr. BENMAHAMMED Younes nasceu a 23/07/1977 em Bordj Bou Arréridj e aí vive. Completou os seus estudos universitários em Tradução em Argel em 2001. Obteve depois o doutoramento em Ciências da Linguagem na Sorbonne-Nouvelle Paris-III em 2008. Desde 2010, é professor na Universidade de Msila (Argélia).
