Amanda grew up near Frome in Somerset. A family run book printing business instilled in her a love of both the written word and the smell of printing ink! She discovered the thrill of horseracing by chance when she landed the role of secretary to Michael Stoute which is where she met Cliff Lines. Amanda worked for there for over 15 years and has since remained in the racing industry in ancillary roles. This is her first book.
