Jalel Ktari ist ein Masterassistent mit der Berechtigung, die Forschung an der École Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax zu leiten. Er promovierte 2009 in Computersystemtechnik und erhielt 2023 seine HDR in Elektrotechnik. Seine aktuellen Forschungsschwerpunkte sind eingebettete Systeme sowie Blockchain und Low-Power-Design.
