Gegenwärtig ist er aktiv in Forschung und Lehre tätig.Diwakar Padalia erhielt seinen Doktortitel von der G.B.Pant University of Agriculture & Technology. Zurzeit forscht und lehrt er an der K.R. Mangalam University.
