Autorenporträt
Terri Ricardo doesn't think of herself as a writer, though she's discovered a surprising joy in the process. What began as a tongue-in-cheek entry in a writing contest with her first book, Really Bad Poetry Written with a Feathered Pen, sparked a love for storytelling that has kept her coming back to the page. Terri Ricardo is also a brain tumor survivor, navigating life with warmth and courage, even as she jokes about her short-term memory struggles. She is a self-described, proud wallflower and the youngest of three sisters, with a warm sense of humor and a passion for musicals, theater, and improv. Her journey in life and writing is often inspired by small, everyday moments and her favorite book, On the Road by Jack Kerouac. With an Associate of Science from Becker College's Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, she brings both resilience and curiosity to everything she creates, hoping her readers find a little bit of joy and connection along the way.
