Reasoning Rhymes is an uncompromised collection of poems that begins with the book's Title. The author meditates on themes such as Lexis, Legacy, Limn, Laconic, Lugubrious, and Lachrymose as the distribution for his poems. The poetics of his writing embody an unpredictable motion with linguistic and spiritual resonances that open the door of the wondrous and the sublime. His words are like blood that emerges to translate the interiority of silence, He looks into the night for what transcends it...giving space to poetic meanings that initiate an enriching dialogue. In the book, there are many different elements at play. A touch of Patriotism can be seen in the Poem, Bangladesh where the author urges the Bangladeshi Brethren to unite, and in the poem Feb 21 where he subliminally condemns the killing of Bangladeshis for Language. The author also reflects his love for Figurative Language in his poem Lexical Literaries where he shadows all forms of alliteration, metaphors, similes, personification, and onomatopoeia. Throughout the poem, there is a lingering sadness that the author brings out through his poems and he also overshadows the pain and misery with a touch of hope, resilience, and elation.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
Born in Bangladesh, Emran J Taher completed his education from Los Angeles, California. He obtained a BA in English and has been teaching at a well reputed English Medium School since 2007. As a child, Emran wrote innumerable poems and he perfected his writing as he grew up. As an English Teacher and an Examiner for Cambridge First language, he realized the need for inculcation of figurative language in poetry along with rhyme and therefore, wrote his poems accordingly. He was greatly influenced by some of the greatest lyricists of Hip Hop such as Mr. Tupac Amaru Shakur (2pac), Marshall Mathers (Eminem), Kurupt, Nasir Jones (Nas), Earl Simmons (DMX) and many more prolific writers of his generation. Emran not only brought forth the idea of patriotism in his writings, but also incorporated his play of words in expressing himself in terms of Life, Love and Emotions. The objective of his poetry can be stated simply as a medium of escaping from the ordeals of life and channeling them positively through rhymes and thus, he decided to call his book Reasoning Rhymes.
