Dr. N. P. Shrimali joined the Department of Mathematics, Gujarat University as a lecturer on 16th January, 1998. Presently, he is working as an associate professor in the same department. He did his Ph.D. in point-set topology in the year 2013 from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. Four research papers were published during his Ph.D. Presently, he is working in the area of graph theory especially in graph labeling. Three students completed their M.Phil. under his supervision. Five Ph.D. students are registered under his supervision. Four students are doing research in graph labeling and one student doing in point-set topology. He has published 12 research papers in graph labeling in national as well as international joumals. He has presented 7 research papers in national as well as international conferences. He is involved in preparing various syllabi in his department. He is a life member of Gujarat Ganit Mandal, Indian Mathematical Society, Academy of Discrete Mathematics & its Applications (ADMA) and Gwalior Academy of Mathematical Sciences (GAMS). He also serves as the convener of P C Vaidya Sanman Nidhi Trust. This trust publishes a joumal titled Mathematics Today. Prof. Nita H. Shah is head of Department of Mathematics in Gujarat University, India. She received her Ph.D. in Statistics from Gujarat University in 1994. She is post-doctoral visiting research fellow of University of New Brunswick, Canada. Her research interests include inventory modeling in supply chain, robotic modeling, Mathematical modeling of infectious diseases, image processing, Dynamical systems and its applications etc. She has completed 3 - UGC sponsored projects. She has published 13 monograph, 5 textbooks, and 475+ peer-reviewed research papers. Five edited books are prepared for igi-global and springer with co-editor as Dr. Mandeep Mittal. Her papers are published in high impact Elsevier, Inderscience and Taylor and Francis journals. By the Google scholar, the total number of citations is over 2919 and the maximum number of citation for a single paper is over 174. The H-index is 24 up to March 2020 and i-10 index is 73. She has guided 28 Ph. D. Students and 15 M.Phil Students till now. Eight students are pursuing research for their Ph. D. degree and one post-doctoral fellow of D. S. Kothari-UGC. She has travelled in USA singapore, Canada, South Africa, Malaysia, and Indonesia for giving talks. She is Vice-President of Operational Research Society of India. She is council member of Indian Mathematical Society.
