O'Connor and Martha A. Sandweiss. Brian Q. Cannon is Professor of History at Brigham Young University and author or editor of numerous books, including The Awkward State of Utah: Coming of Age in the Nation, 1896-1945, coauthored with Charles S. Peterson.
