Kim LaBarge-Desai LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) is the Executive Director at Aster Springs Outpatient Center in Dublin, Ohio and is responsible for designing and overseeing all of the clinical programming. She has worked in residential, PHP, IOP eating disorder treatment centers for the last 6 years with both adult and adolescent clients.Kim believes that therapy should incorporate a personalized, empathic approach that respects and serves each client's particular experience and identity. She is dedicated to providing affirming care to LGBTQ+ individuals and marginalized communities. Kim integrates a variety of evidenced based treatment modalities into her clinical work including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Radically Open - Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and feminist relational therapy.
