Dawn Linton is a licensed clinical social worker and chaplain. She provides spiritual and emotional support for first responders in the aftermath of tragedy, and she cofacilitates a cancer support group at her church.Dawn balances work with self-care by pedaling bike paths, hiking wooded trails, and rowing the wooden boat her dad built. She plays the accordion in a local folk band as well as in the praise band at church.Dawn was married for twenty-two years before losing her husband to cancer in 2022. She has two sons, one stepdaughter, and seven grandchildren.
