Produktbeschreibung
Extending the life of lead-acid batteries used in solar systems is an important research project for the future development of solar energy, in view of the energy and economic efficiency of photovoltaic systems, the limited nature of the resources for manufacturing new batteries (lead), and the success of the energy transition. Based on the assumption that battery deterioration is caused by sulfation at the anodes, it is possible to apply regeneration by the electrical process to batteries in order to activate them, reuse them and thus extend their service life. This bi-objective action will make stand-alone photovoltaic systems more economical and therefore more competitive, and preserve our environment from polluting and dangerous chemical waste.
