Jurakulov Xayrulla, born in 1952 in Samarkand, is a professor at Samarkand State University, he has held various academic roles since 1990, including department head and dean. He authored 2 textbooks, 6 guides, 4 monographs, and more than 190 articles. He has participated in several conferences in Uzbekistan and abroad.
