Ms. Pimsleur worked with her late husband, Dr. Paul Pimsleur, to create the Pimsleur Language programs which changed the way millions of Americans learn a foreign and are sold worldwide. She taught Comparative English at Ohio State University and English at Marymount College in New York, and is the author and co-author of the best-selling series of cultural readers in French, Spanish and TESOL. She has written for The HitchLit Review, Memoir Magazine, and the anthology Writing Fire. Ms. Pimsleur lives in New York City.
