This book, Research competencies in the scientific productivity of university teachers: New challenges and transformation driven by artificial intelligence, addresses the central role played by research competencies in the consolidation of a university committed to the generation of relevant, ethical and contextualized knowledge. In a scenario of profound technological and educational changes, scientific productivity is no longer a simple measurement of academic products, but a manifestation of educational commitment, social responsibility and critical thinking.
