Autorenporträt
Biswamoy Pati taught at the Department of History, University of Delhi. His extensive publications on the social history of medicine, Orissan history and adivasi studies include his monographs Situating Social History (2001), Identity, Hegemony, Resistance (2003), South Asia from the Margins (2012), and Tribals and Dalits in Orissa (2019). He co-ed (with Mark Harrison) the landmark volume Health, Medicine and Empire (2001) and Society,?Medicine?and?Politics?in?Colonial?India?(2018).
