A field investigation entitled "Response of pre-release sweet sorghum(Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) genotypes to different fertilizer levels" was conducted at the experimental farm, AICRP on Sorghum, Vasantrao Naik Marathwada KrishiVidyapeeth, Parbhani (M.S.) during kharip 2022-23 with aim to study response of pre-release sweet sorghum genotypes to different fertilizer levels and workout the economics of different treatments. The results revealed that fertilizer level F4 significantly recorded the highest growth and yieldattributes like plant height (242.7 cm), number of functional leaves plant-1(13.74), leaf area plant-1(48.18 dm2), total dry matter accumulation plant-1(79.35 g), meanfresh biomass g plant-1(290.25), cane yield (31.59 t ha-1), juice yield (7.83 KL ha-1), stem girth diameter (2.15 cm). In case of economic studies, fertilizer level F4recorded the higher gross monetary return ( 95428 ha-1), net monetary return ( 63903 ha-1), and benefit: cost ratio (3.03).
