Autorenporträt
Boris Kaehler is a professor of human resource management at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He gained ten years of professional experience as a corporate HR manager and, additionally to his duties as a lecturer, now works as an HR consultant and management trainer/coach. He specializes in corporate guidelines for management and leadership, human resource management strategies, and HR governance.

Jens Grundei is a professor of corporate governance and organization at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. His work focuses on organization design, the role of boards of directors, and strategic decision-making processes. He is the academic head of the working group for organization at the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft für Betriebswirtschaft. As a co-founder of the Center for Impactful Organization Design, he advises on matters relating to organizational design.
