Bob Zachmeier was born and raised in Mandan, North Dakota. His parents taught by example that determination and a strong work ethic could achieve almost any goal. As the third of six children, Zachmeier learned to become self-reliant. He started a fireworks business at the age of 16 with billboard and radio advertising. The business helped to fund his college education and that of his siblings.Zachmeier became a real estate agent in 2000 at the age of 40. By 2002, he was earning enough from real estate investments to leave his job and end a twenty-two-year career in the defense electronics industry. In 2004, Zachmeier and his wife, Camille, founded Win3 Realty in Tucson, Arizona. The name reflected their desire to create win-win-win situations for their clients, their company, and their community. They've raised over $668,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and have received several philanthropic awards. In 2023, Zachmeier observed that many retirees were having trouble paying their bills due to the highest inflation in 40 years. He began helping them get more of their assets producing income. Soon friends, family, and past clients were getting better returns than they earned at the bank without the volatility of the stock market. His website, www.NoteCarry.com offers hundreds of hours of training, and software tools that teach others how to help the buyers, sellers, and retirees in their community with real estate notes. By sharing his experience and practical advice as a real estate broker, coach, college instructor, author, lecturer, and note investor, Bob Zachmeier has helped thousands of people improve their financial well-being.
