Produktbeschreibung
Tamriko Skhulukhiä s new poetry collection, Return as a Beam of Light, presents a powerful continuation of her literary journey. After her debut Three Roses Lost on the Path of the Sun, she now offers a work that deepens and expands her poetic world. The new collection reflects her personal path as a Georgian emigrant writer: caught between longing for homeland and the challenges of life abroad, between pain and hope, between darkness and the search for light. The poems reveal a central leitmotif, the experience of exile and the inner struggle it brings. Skhulukhia speaks openly about loss, displacement, despair, and the wounds of emigration. Yet her voice is not one of resignation. Rather, she transforms these experiences into art, turning suffering into strength and words into light. The title itself, Return as a Beam of Light, captures the essence of her poetic vision: the possibility of renewal, reconciliation with oneself, and the enduring belief in hope. Stylistically, the author works with free verse, experimental rhythms, and rich imagery. Her language is direct yet lyrical, filled with metaphor, contrast, and symbolism.
