Autorenporträt
Zohra Boutaraa is a lecturer at HBB University (Algeria). She worked for years as a senior engineer, but her interest in seismic studies led her to specialize in seismic risk management and to conduct research in this area. Marked since her childhood by the 1980 El Asnam earthquake, she wrote this book on the consequences of this historical event.
