Sergio Robinson Quintanilha es máster en Comunicación por la Faculdade Cásper Líbero de São Paulo, donde fue profesor de Periodismo (2007 y 2016). Actualmente es profesor de posgrado en la Universidad Anhembi Morumbi, redactor jefe de la revista Motor Show y escribe el blog Planeta Carro en el portal iG. En 2004 publicó el libro "O Gordini Mal-assombrado".
