Rhythms of Reformation explores how the COVID-19 pandemic exposed the cracks in a Sunday-centric, consumer-driven church culture--and awakened a call to return to Christ's original heartbeat of discipleship. It argues that the pandemic was not a disaster to lament or an interruption to endure, but a catalyst for a profound reformation of the church. Blending personal story with theological reflection, this book follows the author's leadership journey through the pandemic, engaging a broad range of literature to offer insight for navigating Spirit-led seasons of change. These seasons, however, need not be limited to times of crisis; they can become intentional patterns that leaders cultivate--shaping churches continually around the biblical priority of disciple-making. This book is especially helpful for current and emerging church leaders who sense the winds of change but lack a clear blueprint for navigating them.
