Autorenporträt
I have had a life-long interest in the spiritual practices of meditation and contemplation. The traditions I have immersed myself in are Christian, Sufi, Hindu, and Chinese. Along the way, I earned bachelor degrees in communication studies and electronic-engineering technology. I have steeped myself in the traditions of ancient wisdom yet am keenly aware of the power of modern science. Not only is it necessary to have a dialogue between east and west, but also between past and present. This journey led me to the study and practice of Chinese medicine.
