The plan was never for Lea to become a writer. In fact, storytelling wasn't even on the radar-until the Righteous Light fantasy became an obsession she wanted to share with the world. She spent her early years sketching, reading, and chasing her love of animals all the way to a biology degree and a job as a zookeeper. While the experience was unforgettable, she soon discovered that loving something doesn't always mean it's the right long-term fit.Lea transitioned into the corporate world, where she built a new career all while her imagination kept spinning tales of distant realms, fierce heroines, and impossible odds. One day, she took a leap and wrote the first words of what would become Righteous Light, the beginning of a sweeping fantasy romance series full of vivid imagery, action, and emotion.She now lives in the Midwest with her husband and two huskies.
