The risk management model presented by the Committee of Sponsoring Organisations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) has been one of the most valued. The literature shows that the development of employee competences in the basic themes related to the subject is one of the elements of the successful implementation of a corporate risk management structure. The aim of this work is to present a proposal fora training structure, based on the application of the ADDIE methodology, which will enable the development of basic risk management competences.
