Matthew Chang, P.E., a visionary leader with two decades of experience, founded Chang Robotics in 2017. Chang Robotics has become known as one of the best firms globally for autonomous robotics and "cobotics," collaborative robots that work alongside and support human employees. Matthew's role at Chang extends to conceptual engineering, program direction, and strategic partnership development, highlighting his adept leadership. He also serves on the board of Lifework Leadership and Jacksonville University and is Chairman of the Board of electric vehicle startup Kodiak Technologies.Matthew founded the Jacksonville Venture Competition to catalyze a startup ecosystem in Jacksonville, Florida, and has also led the organization of Jacksonville's innovation hub that includes FSU, JU, UNF, FSCJ, and many great local companies and civic organizations.
