The methodological manual is devoted to the development, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of technological maps of enterprise development. The work combines theoretical foundations of strategic management, practical tools of organizational transformation and methods of economic justification of managerial decisions.The manual reveals the concept of the roadmap as a tool that provides consistent and controlled development of business at all stages of its life cycle - from creation and scaling to crisis management. Special attention is paid to the issues of digitalization, implementation of artificial intelligence, development of corporate culture, leadership and ensuring the sustainability of companies in a turbulent external environment.The presented roadmap model is considered as a technological basis for strategic development, including stages, sub-stages, practical tools and recommendations for implementation.
