This methodological guide is devoted to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of technological roadmaps for enterprise development. The work combines the theoretical foundations of strategic management, practical tools for organisational transformation, and methods for the economic justification of management decisions.The guide reveals the concept of a roadmap as a tool that ensures consistent and controlled business development at all stages of its life cycle - from creation and scaling to crisis management. Particular attention is paid to issues of digitalisation, the introduction of artificial intelligence, the development of corporate culture, leadership and ensuring the sustainability of companies in a turbulent external environment.The presented roadmap model is considered as a technological basis for strategic development, including stages, sub-stages, practical tools and recommendations for implementation.
