Roger Aandalen (born 1965) is a Norwegian boccia player. He won a silver medal at the 2004 Summer Paralympics. He has competed at the Paralympic Games in Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000, Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008. He has cerebral palsy. The Paralympic Games are a major international multi-sport event where athletes with a physical disability compete; this includes athletes with mobility disabilities, amputations, blindness, and Cerebral Palsy. There are Winter and Summer Paralympic Games, which are held immediately following their respective Olympic Games. All Paralympic Games are governed by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
