This present investigation was conducted to perceive Organizational climate, Psychosocial competence and Occupational stress of employee in hazardous job and their counterparts in office work,in public and private sector gas and oil mining industry. For this research purpose the sample consisted of 50 workers in hazardous job and 50 workers in non hazardous jobs from both public and private sector.
