Shreeya Mehra, born in northern India, Gurgaon, has spent her life with her loving and supportive family, which includes her dog.She started writing in the tenth grade as a way of escape, without knowing that it would eventually become her safe space. She lets her experiences and struggles with life flow naturally onto these blank pages as words. One of her favourite quotes is by Charles Breck "That tear, good girl, is worth, ten thousand words". she believes one should never let their tear go to waste and rightfully so, as emotions stem creativity, especially in literature.Shreeya is also a peer educator and works to spread exciting new ways to turn memorable experiences into poetic literature. She regularly uploads, promotes and inspires people of all backgrounds on her social media (Instagram: @fairytaleandfables & @shreeya_mehra).
