Dr. Rugazura Ephraim lives in Kigali, Rwanda, Africa. He taught in several institutions of High Learning, including University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB, ex IPB) and now he is Dean of School of Business Administration & Management Studies at East African University Rwanda (EAUR).
