The study was from the perspective of the development process. The book was created during the 2022 Russo-Ukrainian war period. Prior to this publication, the author has had three books: 1. The United States of America: Facts, Analysis and Strategy (Author House, Indiana, USA, 2021); 2. China: Facts, Analysis and Strategy (Author House, Indiana, USA, 2021); 3. The Destiny of the United States, 2nd edition of The United States of America: Facts, Analysis and Strategy (Bookside Press, Canada, 2022). They documented this ever-changing world from the 1980s to date, especially the phenomena since early 2020. This book aimed at finding a sustainable development approach for Russia. The result indicated that peace policy shall be prioritized for Russia. No other choice. Geographically, the author suggests dividing the Eurasia plate into three continents: Europe, Arctic-Russia, and Asia. The region where Russia sits currently is also the area of the Arctic-Russia Continent. The updated geographic division will create a new culture so that Russia can start anew and look forward. The book consists of two parts: the main body and further readings.
