This study focuses on the formation of therapeutic knowledge, taking into account the biopsychosocial-spiritual dimension available to therapists, with a bias toward the perspective of salutogenesis. This research aimed to highlight the training process as a key factor in the self-actualization of a healthy life. The theoretical approaches presented in this study consider the importance of the therapist's training based on their own life experience developed in a context of appropriation of meaningful knowledge that autobiographizes them as a therapist. The heuristic research method was used in conducting this investigation, enabling the recreation of the experience of being a therapist, imprinting new meanings on the experiences lived by the therapist-author-narrator.
