Barb earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from Drake and brings decades of wisdom from coaching and teaching women to her work. Dr. Gary and Barb are certified John C. Maxwell international speakers, trainers and coaches and Board Certified Master Life and Marriage Coaches through Light University. The Rosbergs are also the founders of the international ministry, America's Family Coaches, as well as the co-founders of Impact Iowa's Heroes. For over 22 years the Rosbergs co-hosted their national radio program as well as having spoken to military couples since 2006 across the USA.
