Genevieve Watson is an experienced tax ERP and transformation leader, and a partner within Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting team. She specializes in helping businesses operationalize their management of taxes, covering tax strategy, operating model, risk and governance, process design/redesign, automation, tax technology, and sourcing. Genevieve has experience across the Deloitte Tax Technology Consulting propositions; however, her primary focus is on large scale transformation programmes and ERP/systems implementations. In this role, she acts as the integrator between tax and IT, advising clients on building their tax ERP design and providing ERP tax implementation support to ensure that tax has been factored into the implementation methodology.
