All autoimmune diseases likely have one thing in common, increased intestinal permeability or a "leaky gut." It's possible to heal your gut, and go into remission. An important key is to eliminate harmful inflammatory foods, and include nutritious healing foods. There will be some foods, going forward, that you'll want to limit or simply avoid. I now enjoy many nutritious foods, and most of my favorites. You can have a happy gut, and control autoimmune disease. This handbook is intended to be a guide to that end. You can prepare good food, even if you start with limited kitchen skills, like me!
