Seyedeh Zahra Arfaei nació en Irán en 1983. Se licenció en Enseñanza de Inglés (Máster) en la Universidad Azad de Zanjan. Obtuvo su licenciatura en traducción de lengua inglesa en la Universidad Payame Noor, sucursal sur de Teherán. Actualmente enseña inglés como lengua extranjera a estudiantes de nivel avanzado en Teherán, Irán.
